NR Mobile Labs
Terms of service
NR MOBILE LABS, LLC (NRM) is responsible for the drawing and handling of laboratory specimens. NRM does not collect any specimens without a physician order or a request from a laboratory. NRM is not permitted to give any medical advice, treat or diagnose anyone.
NRM handles the delivery of all samples to their proper laboratory unless the specimen requires shipping to a specialty lab. In such cases, NRM will process and package the specimens for shipping and will transfer custody to the shipping company. NRM is not responsible for shipping delays to specialty labs caused by the shipping company after the specimens have been transferred to the shipper’s custody.
NRM is not responsible for any errors that may occur at the labs. Any errors in collection caused by NRM will be corrected by re-drawing at no additional charge. NRM makes every attempt to have contact with the patient’s prior to the draw. We do not go out unless we have made contact with the patient prior to the scheduled blood draw. If we arrive at the appointment for the blood draw and are unable to collect the specimen due to circumstances beyond our control (the patient misses or skips the appointment, the patient refuses the draw, etc.) the patient will remain responsible for the full charges of the service. Any errors in collection caused by NRM (drawing the wrong tubes, unable to obtain a satisfactory blood flow to collect the specimen etc.) will not result in a charge to the patient and/or will be redrawn at no additional charge to the patient.
Payment for our services is due on the time of service. NRM does not bill insurance companies or Medicare. Any claims must be submitted by the client or the client’s physician. NRM is an independent phlebotomy service. All client information is always kept confidential in accordance with HIPAA and other privacy laws.
